Yeah Kris told us you were not going to be able to make it that night. Hope you feel better mang, I have had a horrible cough the last week... Guess I really shouldn't be riding the bike in cold weather haha.

I have the permit, MSF courses you have to sign up weeks in advance (no refund, and no transfer which is CRAZY)... Or you can try to walk on, but that isn't a sure thing to take the class... On top of waiting 3-5 weeks to get the card after completion... So sticking with the original plan, going to get the full license first then eventually taking the MSF course for experience and slightly reducing my insurance.

Good then you are legal at least finally I didn't realize it was such a pain to get into one of the MSF courses. I've never heard anything but great things about them from people I know that have taken them though.

Haha yeah, also so did I... I joined a bunch of bike forums including the locals... So read great things, I found out when I called the number for MSF the requirements. Def. seems worth doing, just not as easy to do right now though will do. Been riding a lot, small trips while not going onto interstates, and been enjoying quite a bit.

| Just remember. Cars are much bigger than you are on the bike, so they have the right of way, even if they don't. And I forget the statistic, but in some scary percentage of accidents the driver of the car just "didn't see" the bike. So don't count on people seeing you. | |

Yeah no kidding, I have had some close calls already... You really have to think about what others are or might be doing. It is kinda funny how conservative I drive the bike than my cars lol.

Pleasure I guess. My nephew made the all state middle school honor band and they had their concert down there. Nothing major, but a chance to get out of town.

| It is a nice city. Even the tourist trap areas are better than they are in most of the places I've been. And the weather was gorgous while we were there. Up to 70 on Saturday and sunny.
Too bad you don't have the chance to live down there. Did you ever get down there to visit?

| Good seeing everyone again, its been awhile. Mike, Congrats on the cage, looks killer. I want a ride next time we get together. Jonathan, These are the Rays Engineering VOLK RE-30's I was talking about last night, they seem to only be popular amongst the evolution crowd for now, but I'm sure they'll become very popular all over the import scene very soon. http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=236239Wilson, Check out this thread on painting evo wheels. http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=195524&highlight=paint+stock+wheelsI would probably also go with the engine paint, used it on our quads exhaust and it holds up perfectly. Once you get the tires removed let me know, I don't mind sanding them down and painting them for you. | |

Thanks man. I do want to get it painted eventually, just masking everything off is going to be a pain in the ass though. And you will definately get a ride. Are you coming up to the tail of the dragon with us in March?
